Exclusive Q & A: Bee Royal Products

Hi everyone!

I recently received my shipment of products from Bee Royal- it's a company that does not only makeup, but also a wide range of skincare. So far I have LOVED the things I've received from Bee Royal, and Brenda, a company representative, was nice enough to answer some questions (sort of like a little interivew) so my viewers/readers could learn more about the brand! Think of this as your introduction to my upcoming video- which will include a review/tutorial on mascara, eyeshadow, lip gloss and more!

  • E: What makes Bee Royal cosmetic and skincare products different from other brands?
B: Bee Royal Products, has tried to find the best ingredients for the best outcome for our customers. We appreciate and treat our customers as "family: everyone is special and everyone is treated individually because we believe in customer service. This is what we feel makes us difference we care about every single individual.
  • E: Explain the significance of the "Bee" in Bee Royal...
B: This is best answered off the history page but I will try. The BEE is a symbol in European history for longevity and long life. Bee Royal was developed first as the number one importer of fresh Bee Royal Jelly from Thailand and Fresh Bee Pollen from Brazil and Spain as these are 100% natural food supplements from nature. We have kept a theme with BEE LUSCIOUS
  • E: Do you consider the products to be "all natural" and does the company test on animals?
B: The owners of Bee Royal and Bee Luscious are very concerned about the safety of animals and take the time to only buy raw materials that have never been tested on animals as well as the finished product this is why we are more expensive because we only source out these materials which cost more. The skin care and cosmetics have natural botanical extracts but we do add certain preservatives for the safety of our customers as when purchasing "all natural" you must be careful as bacterias can develop and mutate into micro organisms that can cause "super" bugs and many health problems.
  • E:What are some of Bee Royal's most outstanding skincare products?
B: All of our products are very consistent "hot" sellers but my personal favorite as many customers would be our Papaya Enzyme skincare and hydrating skin concentrate
  • E: What are some of the brand's best makeup products?
B: This is a truly hard question to answer as truly all of our products sell almost equally and in very high volumes. I would have to say both our Liquid Minerals and the Photo Touch mineral foundations have been raved about for performance, durability and flawless finish. Our lip glosses and lip stains also very popular and beautiful formulas. Bee Luscious is a product line you can continue to fall in love with. We also love to hear from our customers and get feed back with all suggestions so we try to fit the line to just about everyone.
  • E: Specifically in terms of makeup- are Bee Royal's products comparable to any other brands?
B: Bee Luscious, can easily compare and go toe to toe with MAC, Chanel, Dior and any department store brand
  • E: I noticed the website offers dietary supplements- is your brand interested in promoting not only beauty, but also health?
B: Yes, because we believe that beauty is both from the ind=side out and the outside in. The body has to be healthy to have beautiful and radiant beauty.
  • E: Can your products be found in stores?
B: We are available in certain store that can be found on our store locator but we cater mainly on line to deliver the best one on one customer service and satisfaction.
  • E: Does Bee Royal tend to offer any deals or discounts periodically?
B: Yes, subscribe to our newsletter and receive once a month a special discount savings.
  • E: Anything else you'd like to add?
B: Just that our goal is to deliver the best products with the best quality as we try to pamper each and every single customer.

Havent tried this but i checked out the website, pretty pricey stuff. they do sell foundation samples though so thats nice.

Oh cool!!! Im starting my thesis project soon and it will deal with the beneficial compounds in honey!

My supervisor owns a small company that makes "anti-viral, anti-inflammatory topical skin therapies based on the bioactive compounds of honey."

I'll let you know if I find out anything interesting cosmetically.

I checked out the products.They're very pricey,coupled with the shipping expenses,that's a shocker.But the ingredients sre pure,so I guess the payment is more for the quality of the products.But I still prefer buying Avon makeup from my friend as this company also doesn't test on animals.

The prices are a little high, but seriously sign up for their newsletter. You get coupons for 30-40% off periodically (even got a 50% off coupon once!).

The only thing I have to say is be prepared to wait a long time for your products. It always takes me at least a month to get my stuff. The products are great ,though, so I have continued to re-order.

Honestly, I've been waiting for a month for my products to come. While waiting, I found out many of these products are from private labels (Check out mizzchievouz.blogspot.com) I'm not saying these are bad products, but you can often save a lot of money by searching around, because a lot of their products are not exclusive to Bee Royal. For instance, I purchased some of their Holistic products and found the same product (packaging and everything) on Smirk.com for much less money.

I have been trying to get in contact with Bee Royal for a month now. I was charged for products that were put on backorder but it has now been 6 weeks with no product or communication. Thankfully, it was only samples but still that's illegal. If anyone can tell me how to get in touch with them I would love to know. In the meantime, do not order from them.

Jennifer- I have had a very hard time with communicating with this company too! I have called and left messages NOBODY ever called me back! I had left several e-mail's and no reply! I finally sent an e-mail saying that I had planned to do a review of them on youtube and I was very dissapointed! FINALLY they replied trying to defend their BAD customer service and FINALLY shipped my order yesterday the 20th after a VERY long wait! For them to take my money and then have NO contact with me at all really upset me ALOT! SO I would say e-mail is the best way to contact them but you still might have no luck.

Jennifer- Their customer service is horrible! I finally got a hold of someone. The lady was trying to sweet talk me back into keeping my order, but I demanded her to cancel my order. Then lady got so mean to me! The last comment the gave me was "shame because we were going to send you a $70 palette" and got offline! What a bitch.. plus those palettes are not worth 70 bucks! I will never ever try to purchase from them again, and I warn anyone who may want to purchase from them.

Anyway, you can try to email them, or try to catch them when they are online and you can chat with them much like AIM. However, they are hardly online.

I have to say that I only ordered from them once, and it will be my last. They kept me in the dark about my delivery status, and I finally had to contact them after 11 days of not receiving any emails about shipment. I'm reading other comments below about customers waiting a month.. that's absurd. I tried to call them, but was greeted by an announcement that all customer representatives are busy and to leave a msg. Their voicemail box was full, and I had no other choice but to email them. Brenda was the one who replied to me, and I have to say her customer service towards me was very unprofessional and rude. Not going into detail about our conversation, but I reported her to the Better Business Bureau to take care of it. They have a letter grade of "F" and have 6 complaints filed against them. If you try to complain to this company, they may view you as "harassing" them and threaten legal action. Buyer beware.

This place is a NIGHTMARE! I have been told over and over that my product has shipped, but still don't have it. It's been a month now. They lie, they threaten, and they ignore your emails. You can't call them because they have no live person answering the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I had placed an order with them over 3 weeks ago and have tried to call/ email them without any success. Everytime I call, all i get is the voicemail. I had ordered a whole lot of products as well-worth $120 and they debited the money instantly. They sure were in a hurry to take the money but not in any hurry to deliver. I am so annoyed and now just don't know how to get in touch with them. If anyone has any clues, PLEASE do let me know- its a lot of money that I have put in!! I will NEVER order from them again- so much for 'Stellar Customer Service'!!

I've had nothing but problems with this company. They are quick to take your money, but are really slow to send out your product. On their website, it says it will take 3 days to process your order. Many people have waited longer than 30 days to receive their item.

As a paying customer, you do have rights and I urge everyone that has problems (that doesn't get resolved by this company, or feel that they've been treated unfairly) to send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We must take action ourselves, or else this company will continue to get away with this.

But beware, once you start complaining to Bee Royal Products, they are quick to be defensive about it and will also threaten legal action for harassment if you complain too many times. Brenda (Bee Royal customer rep) threatened to sue me for slander if I told my friends/associates to steer clear from buying from her company. I don't want anyone I know to go through the same crap I did.

I have an active file against Bee Royal Products with the Better Business Bureau. I'm sure there's more complaints about this company than mentioned here. I, for one, refuse to spend any of my hard-earned money on their overpriced products anymore.

This Company Steals, Lies, insults and Threatens. Then they cover it up with reps who spend all day on blogs and You tube pretending to be satisfied customers, and flag down any negative comments. They are HORRIBLE people who are getting away with it by black mailing (they LOVE to send free prod. to highly followed You tube MUA's and in return expect only great reviews) and by threatening people with slander if you utter a word to anyone about how horrible they are. I for one do not care anymore if they decide to sue me for slander. I will be creating a website where i can warn others. Please continue to post your stories !
SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!

I was hesitant to purchase but placed an order for the rose blush I received it in a week. The blush is amazing so I tried and placed a second order for various items I saw reviews on. I ordered the small professional kit, The Spring 2009 and fall 2009 palettes, corrector quad in corrector and the shaving cream. To say the least I purchased almost $200.00 dollars in products. I received the entire order in 10 days total and a free gift enclosed.

my persoanl transaction both times I received the same service as many on line retailers actually better than many others.

The quality is truly incredible. I have continued since to purchase I did wait about 2 weeks during the holidays but the quality is truly so incredible its worth waiting even a month.

I only have great things to say and great big Thank You Emily for turning me on to this brand.

I too have been a victim of their scamming. I ordered $74 worth of product andit is 60 days later and have received nothing. I have sent several emails - no response. When I try to call, the phone number says it is not an active number. The only blessing is that I paid through Paypal so they are working through a claim to get my money back. I cannot believe that in this day and age people can still get away with this.

I've been trying to contact the Bee Royal Jelly for a month. I was accused of products that were on back order, but has now been 6 weeks with no product or communication. Luckily, it was only an example, but even that is illegal.

Do not deal with this company. There is something seriously wrong with their business dealings. I had placed one order last year, and it took 3 weeks or so to receive. THis year, placed another one, one month later, still no products, still no communication from Customer service. I emailed lastly to say cancel my order! I put a dispute in through paypal, and BR responded with a pretty lame excuse. Suddenly, the products arrived at my house, and it had written on it, 2nd shipment which is BS since I never got the first one.
Worst on line ordering/customer service experience ever!!! Buyer beware.

I would also caution women on the use of beauty pills that contain glutathione and other synthetic chemicals. Make sure they are FDA approved like supplements canada.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They took my money and I have yet to receive anything. There are no woking phone numbers and no one answers my emails. If you read a positive comment, it must be fake.
