Kicking off Game Day Makeup!

Hi Everyone! There's a new series on Beauty Broadcast! It's called Game Day makeup. The first video is prompted by a viewer request. Danielle is a subscriber, and she sent me a message asking for an Ohio State makeup look that she could wear to games. As a former college cheerleader, I thought a video that incorporated some school spirit would be fun! But then I thought... why not continue it through football season?

You'll notice a poll on the right hand side of my blog- you can vote for the team & colors that you want to see used in the next tutorial! Cast your vote by Friday- when the winning tutorial will be revealed!

Beauty Broadcast on Daily Booth!

Look what I found at Claire's!

Hey everyone! Not too long ago I was browsing my local Claire's accessories store (where I find a lot of my jewelry) and I started looking at the cosmetics area. They have quite a few different eye & lip palettes (I've tried a few of their shadow products- some of them are quite good)- but this is the first time I've checked out their nails & lashes! I actually didn't even realize they were sold there until now. I haven't used the nails or lashes yet, but I thought the designs were really cute!

A couple of styles of lashes- I plan to use my DUO glue with these :)

Review-a-thon #2 FOTD

I also had some questions about the earrings I was wearing. These large hoops are some of my favorite earrings ever! I got them for probably $5 or so at Claire's (an accessory store). It was at least six months to a year ago that I picked them up, so I'm not sure about their availability anymore. I love the realistic design of the roses & how the pink really pops. I usually pair them with black and make these earrings my stand0out piece with my outfit.
