Throwback Video of the Week: Lights, Camera, Action!

I'm a little behind on my Throwback Video of the Week- last week was rather hectic for me! But I didn't want to miss it altogether! This past Friday I was invited to be on Great Day St. Louis (see previous post) to talk about some of my top travel beauty products! It was really fun to get to talk about makeup, but of course, it was also cool to get a behind-the-scenes look at how a different station does things! It was a big studio, with lots of staff members, and because of the nature of the show- there was so much going on! A chef, a DJ, me, and several other guests!

So for this week's Throwback Video of the Week, I wanted to show you a behind the scenes look at where I work! This video was posted back on March 5, 2010- when I was still living in the apartment, and some of the staff members have changed, but overall, it's a pretty accurate look at what happens behind the scenes on News 3 This Morning!

  1. This was so cool!! I've watched your videos almost since the beginning and I don't know how I missed that one! It's so entertaining and informative to see what you do on a daily basis. I don't know if I could ever get used to waking up at 1:30, but thanks for showing us how you do it!!

  5. I remember watching this when I first stumbled across your videos about a year ago and even second time round I'm amazed to see someone looking so cheery n fresh at 1.30am! I imagine if I made a vid at that time it would actually scare small children :)
